We are diving into the second month of the 2023 fall sports season, and Foxcroft’s teams are showing no mercy on the courts and fields! Varsity Volleyball’s Sarah F. ’24 is Last Week's 本周最佳运动员!
"Sarah is having an outstanding senior year in volleyball," shared Coach Steve McCarty. "From the outside hitter position, she has claimed the team lead in kills, including 10 in a 3-0 sweep of Randolph Macon Academy at home last week. From the service line, she is the team leader in aces. Sarah is a positive team captain who always offers an encouraging word to her teammates."

非凡的能力 Program
Foxcroft honors our students’ talents by allowing girls who possess special ability to work with a master teacher or trainer to miss some academic obligations in order to pursue that discipline. Although exemptions have been granted to dancers, 潜水员, and other gifted athletes over the years, the program was established for (and is most often used by) talented riders who wish to train and compete in Florida in the winter. Students must apply to the Academic Dean to participate and are held to the highest standards of educational commitment.

在极少数情况下, a student with a passion for a sport or activity that Foxcroft does not offer may earn athletic credit for their off-campus endeavor. The activity must meet certain guidelines for training time, 监督, 和竞争, and be approved by the Athletic Director and Assistant Head of School.
